About Our Community

Pebble Springs is a 55+ Adult Community located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. Our area is one of the most desirable in the country. With our strategic location near Greenville, SC, Charlotte N.C., Atlanta Ga., Knoxville Tenn., and Myrtle Beach S.C., this is a prime area for industry. Our industry is diverse, which provides for a more stable economy, which in turn provides better jobs, less unemployment and less crime.

Pebble Springs opened in 2000 on 17 acres of land and has room for 90 homes. It has paved streets, sidewalks, lighted streets, underground utilities, city water/sewer, cable TV and parking space for two vehicles. Homes are owned, and lots are leased.   We do not have rentals and subletting is not allowed.

Your monthly Costs:  Lot lease is $478.00 (includes grass mowing and trash pickup).   Your are responsible for your Electric service and water, and internet.  Electricity is through Duke Energy.  Water/sewer  by Blue Ridge Water Company, Cable services TV/Internet/telephone are provided by Spectrum Communications or your through choice of another service.

Residents take pride in designing and maintaining their surroundings and enjoy time outdoors walking or chatting with neighbors. Social gatherings and other activities are organized by our residents. Collectively we are committed to having Pebble Springs remain a caring and respected community.

Becoming A Resident

Once you have chosen your home and location and determined your method of payment (cash or mortgage loan), the application process for a new resident includes completing and signing the following forms.

Table Rock

33.2 miles from Pebble Springs

Table Rock State Park received its name from the Cherokee legend in which the flat topped mountain served as a table from which the Great Spirit ate his meals. This 3,083-acre park is at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountain in northern Pickens County, South Carolina. The park includes Pinnacle Mountain, the tallest mountain totally within the state of South Carolina. There are hiking trails looping around creeks and small cascades and waterfalls. Features include a lodge, park lakes for swimming and hiking trails. There is a nature center offering educational programs, picnic shelters and a playground.
