With our strategic location near Greenville, SC, Charlotte N.C., Atlanta Ga., Knoxville Tenn., and Myrtle Beach S.C., this is a prime area for industry. Pebble Springs 55+ Home Community: Pebble Springs is a land-lease, 55+ retirement community, in Taylors, SC, where residents own their homes but lease the property lot. Established in 2000, the 17 acre development consists of 90 home sites situated approximately 20 – 30 minutes north of Greenville.

Table Rock

Table Rock State Park received its name from the Cherokee legend in which the flat topped mountain served as a table from which the Great Spirit ate his meals. This 3,083-acre park is at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountain in northern Pickens County, South Carolina. The park includes Pinnacle Mountain, the tallest mountain totally within the state of South Carolina. There are hiking trails looping around creeks and small cascades and waterfalls. Features include a lodge, park lakes for swimming and hiking trails. There is a nature center offering educational programs, picnic shelters and a playground.
