Pebble Springs is a 55+ Adult Community located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains. Our area is one of the most desirable in the country. With our strategic location near Greenville, SC, Charlotte N.C., Atlanta Ga., Knoxville Tenn., and Myrtle Beach S.C., this is a prime area for industry. Pebble Springs opened in 2000 on 17 acres of land and has room for 90 homes. It has paved streets, sidewalks, lighted streets, underground utilities, city water/sewer, cable TV and parking space for two vehicles. Homes are owned, and lots are leased.
Your monthly lease of $357 and includes grass mowing and trash pickup. Landline phone service is provided by AT&T, or through your cable service. Electric service is provided through Duke Energy, Water by Blue Ridge Water Company (water and sewer are included in the monthly bill), and cable services TV/Internet/telephone provided by Charter Communications.

Table Rock State Park received its name from the Cherokee legend in which the flat topped mountain served as a table from which the Great Spirit ate his meals. This 3,083-acre park is at the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountain in northern Pickens County, South Carolina. The park includes Pinnacle Mountain, the tallest mountain totally within the state of South Carolina. There are hiking trails looping around creeks and small cascades and waterfalls. Features include a lodge, park lakes for swimming and hiking trails. There is a nature center offering educational programs, picnic shelters and a playground.
